Having emerged from a small butcher's shop, the company Charculor celebrates its
anniversary in 2019.
The family business is characterized by craftsmanship, original recipes and the standard
of the manufactured products.
Modern machines and the passion of our employees for craftsmanship are a perfect
mix to create high-quality sausage specialties and delicatessen products from selected,
high-quality raw materials according to old traditional recipes.
With approx. 120 employees, a modern production area of approx. 6,000m², up to
15,000kg of products are produced per day. The company focuses on freshness, quality,
tradition, food safety and customer satisfaction.
The company is ISO 22000 and FSSC 2000 certified for food safety.
